1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and pak34 ("pak34", "we", "us", "the Platform"), an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting operator accessible at pak34.org. These Terms apply to all services offered on the pak34 platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot games, promotional offers, payment processing services, and customer support interactions.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using the pak34 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of pak34 and close your account by contacting our support team.

These Terms should be read alongside pak34's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and pak34.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of pak34 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. pak34 does not permit access to or use of its platform by any person under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law and where pak34 does not hold a relevant authorisation to offer its services.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, syndicate, or corporate entity for the purpose of placing wagers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or any restriction imposed by pak34 or any other gambling operator.

pak34 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residence from any Member at any time, including as part of our standard Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) issued by NADRA, a valid Pakistani passport, or such other identification documents as pak34 may specify from time to time.

Where pak34 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is under the age of 21, or has otherwise misrepresented their eligibility, pak34 will immediately suspend the relevant account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation. Any funds held in an account found to belong to an underage individual will be returned to the depositing payment method, less any bonuses received, at pak34's absolute discretion.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one active account on pak34. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your pak34 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in all fields. You must not impersonate any other person, use a fictitious identity, or provide false documentation at any stage of the registration or verification process. pak34 relies on the information you provide to fulfil its legal obligations under international gaming compliance standards, and any misrepresentation has serious consequences for your account standing.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
• All activity that occurs under your pak34 account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Notifying pak34 support immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping your registered contact details — including your mobile number and JazzCash / EasyPaisa wallet information — up to date at all times.

pak34 reserves the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or close an existing account, at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This right is exercised rarely and only where pak34 has genuine grounds to believe that a Member poses a compliance, legal, or integrity risk to the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

pak34 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC. All transactions are processed over 256-bit SSL encrypted connections. pak34 does not store full payment credentials on its servers.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on pak34:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account cashier section at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification level.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone other than the account holder funds the account — are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or to an account verified as belonging to the same individual as the pak34 account. CNIC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request.
• pak34 targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• pak34 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal that it considers unusual in size, frequency, or destination. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not a reflection of any wrongdoing by the Member.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once prior to withdrawal may be subject to an administration review at pak34's discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pak34 offers various promotional incentives to its Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting boosts. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all pak34 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion's dedicated terms page. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on a deposit-plus-bonus combined figure, unless specifically stated.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards clearing wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports betting typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page.
• Eligibility: Promotions are open to verified, fully KYC-compliant accounts only. pak34 reserves the right to exclude any account from any promotion where it has reason to believe the account is being used for bonus abuse or in violation of these Terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming a second bonus while the first remains active is not permitted and may result in forfeiture of one or both bonuses at pak34's discretion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited. Expiry periods are stated on each promotion's terms page.
• No Bonus Withdrawals: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only cash balances — funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal.

pak34 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, Members who have already opted in will be given reasonable time to complete their wagering, or the bonus will be removed without penalty to their cash balance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pak34 are final once confirmed by the platform. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet — including the selection, stake amount, and any applicable options — before confirmation. pak34 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under specific game or market rules.

The following general betting and gaming rules apply across the pak34 platform:

• Bets may only be placed using available cash or bonus balance. Credit betting — placing wagers on funds not yet in your account — is not permitted.
• In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error during a game round or bet placement, pak34 will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical error resolution policy. Where a bet cannot be confirmed due to a system failure, the stake will be returned to the Member's account.
• pak34 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (known as a "palpable error" or "palp"). Where an obvious pricing or odds error has occurred, pak34 will notify the affected Member and return the original stake.
• Live in-play bets on cricket, PSL, and other sporting events are accepted up to the moment the relevant market is suspended by pak34's trading team. Late bets received after market suspension will be void.
• Game results produced by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) are final. pak34 does not alter or override RNG outcomes under any circumstances.
• Maximum win limits apply on a per-game and per-bet basis. These limits are published within each game's information panel or within the relevant sports market terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak34 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the pak34 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with pak34's games, betting markets, or bonus systems in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other Members or the house.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider-information betting on sporting events listed on pak34.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial or unwarranted winnings.
• Engaging in or facilitating any transaction that constitutes money laundering or terrorist financing under applicable law.
• Abusing or harassing pak34 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your pak34 account credentials to any third party.
• Attempting to access the pak34 platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, by use of a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology.

8 Responsible Gaming

pak34 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment for all eligible Members. Gambling carries inherent financial risk and is intended purely as a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income and should never be treated as such. pak34 strongly encourages all Members to play within their financial means and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pak34 Members at no charge and with no waiting period for reductions:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps in PKR, settable from the account dashboard.
• Session Timers: Configurable session length reminders that alert you when you have reached your chosen playing duration.
• Cool-off Periods: Temporary access restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, without closing your account permanently.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended account closure for Members who feel they need a full break from gambling. Self-exclusion requests are processed by our support team within minutes.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

pak34 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a pak34 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data — including your CNIC details, contact information, transaction history, and gaming activity — is used by pak34 exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the delivery of platform services. pak34 does not sell Member personal data to third-party marketing companies.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property available on the pak34 platform are the property of pak34 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the pak34 platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of pak34.

pak34 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not transfer any ownership interest in any pak34 intellectual property to you and is automatically revoked upon termination of your account.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak34's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak34 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the pak34 platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the platform caused by third-party service failures, including internet service providers, payment processors, or game content providers.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or to follow the security recommendations communicated by pak34.
• Losses caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, acts of war, regulatory changes, or any other event beyond pak34's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits pak34's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

pak34 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pak34 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached these Terms or any associated policy.
• The Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to pak34 or its other Members.
• The Member has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• pak34 is required to close the account by an order of a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting pak34's 24/7 live support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days.

13 Disputes & Governing Law

pak34 is committed to resolving Member disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your pak34 experience — including a bet settlement, payment delay, bonus dispute, or account restriction — you should contact our support team in the first instance via the live chat facility available after pak34 Login. pak34 targets first-contact resolution for the majority of queries.

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our dedicated complaints team at the registered contact email address. pak34 will acknowledge escalated complaints within 48 hours and provide a final written response within 14 business days.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak34 holds its international gaming licence. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pak34 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Members' rights or obligations — pak34 will provide reasonable advance notice via a notification within the platform or to the registered contact details on file. Continued use of pak34 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be updated each time a revision is made. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of pak34 and contact support to request account closure before the amendment comes into effect.
